Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

Template notice. A starting draft to adapt, not finished legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

These terms govern your use of the Arca Mea app and website. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Arca Mea helps you record and keep track of insurance policies you hold. It is an organisational tool. It is not insurance, insurance broking, or financial or insurance advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation about cover.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Your content

The records and documents you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited permissions needed to store and display them back to you and to anyone you choose to share them with.

Premium purchases

The document vault is available as a one-time in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running reliably but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
